Put yourself into a relaxed state-of-mind by being aware of your posture and body. Then think about the positive outcome that you’ll have by making conversation with her. You’ll be more relaxed by removing all expectations when trying to attract women.

Remind yourself that any outcome of the conversation with her will not affect your life, nor will it affect your quest for happiness. You’ll be better at attracting women by being composed.

2) Meditate to Attract Women

You can use meditation methods to help you become more relaxed, and you’ll be more successful in attracting women. Learn to put yourself into a deep state of relaxation when you are alone. Meditate on a single positive personality trait that you wish to acquire.

See yourself, while you are in a deep state of relaxation, as having the personality trait upon which you are meditating. See yourself, in your mind’s eye, as being charming, outgoing, self-confident, or, as having high self-esteem.

Remember. Choose only one personality trait upon which you will meditate each day. It’s OK to continue meditating on it day-after-day, until you have actually acquired the personality trait upon which you have been meditating.

Set aside 20 minutes each day to meditate. A positive side effect of “forcing” yourself to relax at a certain time each day is that you’ll soon be able to relax anytime you wish, especially when you need to do so in order to attract women.

Then, when faced with low self-esteem, just affirm the positive qualities by reciting what’s on the note cards; because the words will have become engrained in your memory. It’s best to read the affirmations out-loud whenever you get up in the morning, before you go to bed at night, and several times throughout the day to make it so.
